You can return the products to KITESURF IN ATHENS using the courier that delivered them to you within 14 days from the day of arrival.
Returns are accepted: Only if the returned products are in the same condition, that is their packaging has not been damaged and they have the retail receipt If there is a problem with the products If the products are different from the ones you ordered.
We are obliged to pay the return expenses of the products if the return resulted from our mistakes or if the products were faulty (refer to numbers 2 & 3 above). The money you paid for the products will be returned to you within 5 working days from the day we receive them.
The same courier company must be used for the return of the products as the one used for their delivery. The address which the products must be sent to is: 1 Electra Apostolou & Macedonias St, PC 14121
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
